Commercial Tire Losing Air With No Visible Nail: Valve, Bead, Wheel and Puncture Clues
Updated: 7 hours ago
A commercial truck or trailer tire can lose pressure even when there is no obvious nail in the tread. Slow air loss can come from a small tread puncture, valve core or valve-stem problem, bead-area leak, wheel damage, corrosion, a previous repair, or tire damage that is not visible from the outside.

Jupiter and Indiantown Road are the north dispatch side of our service area, not the northern limit. From Jupiter we continue north through Tequesta, Hobe Sound, Palm City, Stuart, Jensen Beach, Port St. Lucie and Fort Pierce. Mobile Truck Trailer Tire Roadside Repair's overall commercial roadside corridor runs from Boca Raton north through Fort Pierce.

Commercial tire availability
We stock common commercial truck and trailer tire sizes and can source most other commercial tire sizes on request, subject to application and availability. Core commercial wheel-size categories include 15, 16, 17.5, 19.5, 22.5 and 24.5-inch applications. Regular 15, 16, 17.5 and 19.5 commercial stock is new only. For qualifying 22.5 and 24.5-inch applications, new tires are available and used or recap options may be available depending on exact size, position and current inventory.
Jupiter roadside location details
For a breakdown around Jupiter or the Indiantown corridor, send the exact location, travel direction, exit or mile marker when relevant, and a map pin. I-95, Florida’s Turnpike (State Road 91), Indiantown Road, PGA Boulevard, Donald Ross Road and Beeline Highway are common commercial routes in the service area.
Tire repair versus replacement
The location and type of damage, tire condition, application and serviceability determine whether a repair is appropriate. Sidewall or severe structural damage should not be treated like a routine tread puncture. Mobile Truck Trailer Tire Roadside Repair provides commercial tire service and roadside repair; we do not provide towing. Call 561-464-7742 for current dispatch and tire availability.
