Commercial Wheel-End Repair

Leaking seals, hot hubs, bearing noise, excessive play and damaged wheel ends can become major failures. We inspect the complete wheel-end condition and perform serviceable roadside repairs. Mobile Truck Trailer Tire Roadside Repair provides mobile roadside repair and does not provide towing. Arrival time varies with location, traffic, weather, safety conditions and current workload. Tire and part availability is confirmed during dispatch.

Wheel Seals

A leaking seal can reduce lubricant and contaminate brake components. We inspect the leak source and visible brake contamination before repair.

Bearings and Hubs

Bearing damage may cause heat, movement and hub damage. We inspect bearings, races and hub condition rather than replacing only the most obvious part.

Drums and Brake Components

Wheel-end work frequently exposes drum and brake concerns. Contaminated or damaged related components are addressed as part of the repair scope when needed.

Truck and Trailer Applications

Service covers tractors, semi trailers, delivery trucks and many tow-trailer applications including boat, horse/equestrian, utility, landscape, dump and enclosed trailers.

Complete Roadside Capability

Related commercial roadside capabilities include steer, drive and trailer tires; 17.5, 19.5, 22.5 and 24.5 applications including 295/75R22.5 and 11R22.5; air brakes and 30/30 chambers; relay, quick-release, spring-brake and tractor-protection valves; air leaks, airlines, leveling valves and airbags; wheel seals, bearings, hubs and drums; diesel no-start, batteries, charging and alternators; cooling, radiator and water-pump problems; DEF/DPF diagnostics and forced regen when appropriate; trailer brakes, suspension, springs, U-bolts, 7-way wiring, lights, doors, rollers and floors; Bendix ABS/electrical diagnostics; DOT annual inspection support; PM/PMI, fleet maintenance, jump starts and fuel-system diagnosis.
