Fleet Management Repair Authorization in Palm Beach County: What Drivers and Shops Need Before Work Starts
Updated: 4 days ago
Many commercial fleets use a fleet-management company to approve maintenance and repair costs. That means a driver may arrive with a fleet card or account, but the repair facility still needs the correct authorization process before performing chargeable work.
Information that speeds up fleet authorization
Company or fleet name.
Unit number and complete VIN.
Current mileage or engine hours when applicable.
Driver name and callback number.
Complaint or breakdown symptom.
Exact repair location for mobile service.
Fleet-management company or authorization phone number shown on the vehicle card.
Purchase-order or authorization number once issued.
Why authorization comes before the repair
Fleet management programs may review labor, parts, maintenance history, warranty eligibility and repair necessity before approving the work. Starting work before the required approval can create payment disputes, so drivers and shops should establish the authorization path first unless an emergency policy specifically says otherwise.
Third-party fleet management companies
Commercial fleets in the Boca Raton–Fort Pierce service area may be managed through companies and systems such as Holman, Wheels, Element, Enterprise Fleet Management or other fleet administrators. Mobile Truck Trailer Tire Roadside Repair does not claim automatic network membership with any company unless that relationship has been separately approved. Drivers should contact their fleet manager or the number on their fleet card to authorize a local vendor when required.
Mobile service can reduce a second layer of downtime
Once the repair is authorized, an appropriate mobile repair can avoid moving the truck or trailer again. Common mobile work includes commercial tires, air brakes, wheel-end repair, batteries/charging, ABS/electrical, diesel no-start/regen, trailer mechanical repairs, liftgates and roll-up doors.

Frequently asked questions
Can my fleet manager request your shop or mobile service?
Yes. A fleet manager can contact us to discuss the repair and authorization requirements. If their management company requires a vendor enrollment or purchase-order process, that process must be completed before invoicing through the fleet program.
Do you accept every fleet card automatically?
No. Fleet programs differ. Authorization, payment method and vendor status must be verified for the specific account before work is billed through that program.
