Commercial Truck Tire Blowout in West Palm Beach: What We Check Before the Truck Moves

A commercial tire blowout can damage more than the tire. On a West Palm Beach roadside call, the tire position, wheel, hub, brake components and surrounding suspension all matter before the truck or trailer goes back into service.

Steer, drive and trailer position changes the repair decision

Steer tires affect directional control, drive tires transfer torque, and trailer tires carry load while seeing significant scrub in turns. The correct replacement must match the application rather than simply fit the wheel.

Commercial inventory rules

Mobile Truck Trailer Tire Roadside Repair handles new commercial tires in 15-inch, 16-inch, 17.5-inch, 19.5-inch, 22.5-inch and 24.5-inch applications. Used and recap options may be available only for commercial 22.5-inch and 24.5-inch applications, subject to the exact size, position and inventory. Verified full-size examples include 295/75R22.5 and 11R22.5.

For the authoritative size and inventory rules, use the commercial truck tire-size hub.

What we inspect around a failed tire

  • Wheel and rim condition after the failure.

  • Hub, bearing and wheel-end heat or looseness.

  • Brake components near the damaged tire.

  • Air-loss source, valve condition and visible tire damage.

  • Suspension contact or damage that may have contributed to the failure.

  • Condition of the paired tire on dual-wheel assemblies.

Mobile Truck provides commercial roadside repair, not towing. Repairs are performed on site when possible. If a problem cannot be safely repaired on site, separate transportation may be required.

West Palm/Shawnee service information is available from the Mobile Truck website.
